Yes. We offer a 30-day refund policy only if you have added no more than 100 billable contacts or sent no more than 500 emails, whichever limit is reached first.
This policy helps prevent abuse, as we’ve had cases where accounts were maxed out for one-time use before requesting a refund, which creates significant costs for us.
